Pieces aren't moving as expected
Most piece-movement issues are caused by dust on the board or on the base of the piece, or by pieces that aren't centered in their squares. Start with these steps:
- Clean the board and the bases of the pieces (see How should the board be cleaned, and how often?).
- Place the product on a firm, level surface.
- Center each piece in its square.
If the issue continues, find your specific issue:
- Robot unable to move pieces
- The robot drags the wrong piece
- Moved piece did not reach its destination
- Pieces collide during setup or play
If none of these solve it, contact support.
