When the robot is on, its top LEDs blink red when it needs charging. If the top LEDs are not blinking at all, this may be due to a failed robot software update. The update should restart automatically once the app connects to the robot, and after powering the robot down and up again, it should blink yellow and wait for calibration positioning.
