A captured piece on the rim isn't recognized
When you capture a piece:
- Lift the captured piece off the board first, and wait a moment before placing your piece on the square, so the board registers both moves.
- Place the captured piece in one of the circles on the rim.
If the app shows a "?" icon for a piece on the rim, tap it and select the correct piece.
Extra queens: place both in rim circles, with the white queen closer to the white side of the board and the black queen closer to the black side. The app identifies each queen by the side it's closer to.
