The robot drags the wrong piece
The robot drags the piece the app believes is in that square. When a piece is misidentified, on the board or on the rim, the wrong piece gets dragged.
During a game or a puzzle
- Compare the real board with the virtual board in the app from time to time. It can happen that a piece you moved was registered in the wrong place.
- If that is the case, either fix your real board to match the virtual one, or take back your move and repeat it, making sure the app confirms the move as you intended.
Check the rim
Pay attention to the virtual rim during games, puzzles and board setups. Compare it with the real rim and resolve every "?" icon: tap it and identify the piece that should be there.
