Why is 'Set up my board' missing or disabled?

Why: the app does not know where all the pieces are. Autonomous setup is only offered when the app's model of the board matches reality. Every piece on the board and rim accounted for and identified.

How to get it back:

  1. Resolve any "?" rim pieces: tap each one and identify it.
  2. Put stray pieces back on the board or in a rim circle.
  3. Lift and replace any piece the app shows in the wrong place, so the board re-reads it.
  4. The option reappears once the app's model is complete.
