My robot won't turn on or charge with USB-C
- Switch the robot off and on again with the button on its underside, and check whether its top LEDs light up.
- If they don't, check whether the GoChess app can find the robot. If it can, see My robot is on but its LED isn't blinking yellow.
- If the app can't find the robot, set its power switch to OFF, connect it to a USB-C charger and leave it to charge for 2 hours. The charging LED should light red.
A normal full charge takes about 1 hour, and the LED turns green when the robot is fully charged.
