♟️ GoChess Model Lineup

Every GoChess board shares the same foundation: smart LED coaching (possible moves, best moves, blunder alerts), a free companion app (iOS/Android), 32 AI difficulty levels, and online play via Chess.com and Lichess. Models differ on two things only: board size, and whether the pieces move themselves.

GoChess Pro is an optional paid subscription area in the GoChess app. Access to it requires an activation code, which is emailed to you after you register.

1. GoChess Mini: Compact & Portable

The complete GoChess experience in a travel-friendly footprint. A 33.3 × 33.3cm (13.1 × 13.1in) board with 35 × 35mm squares, on the same slim 8.7mm profile as the full-size models. Light enough to pack, complete enough to train on. Ideal for smaller spaces and players on the move.

  • Mini Modern: clean contemporary design, high-quality plastic pieces, 72.5mm king
  • Wizard Mini: officially licensed Harry Potter edition, with a weighted premium vinyl board, film-replica pieces in high-density ABS, and a commanding 83mm king

2. GoChess Lite: Full-Size Smart Board

A full tournament-size board measuring 48.3 × 48.3cm (19 × 19in) with 48 × 48mm squares, delivering the complete interactive experience (LED coaching, app integration, and game analysis) without internal robotics. The most accessible way into full-size GoChess.

  • Lite Classic: wooden-like finish with carved wood pieces and an 89mm king
  • Lite Modern: sleek black-and-white styling with high-quality plastic pieces and an 87mm king
  • Wizard Lite: officially licensed Harry Potter edition, with a weighted premium vinyl board, film-replica pieces in high-density ABS, and the tallest king in the lineup at 96mm

3. GoChess XR: Robotic Board

Our flagship. Everything in Lite, plus built-in robotics that move the pieces across the board on their own. Your AI opponent, or your online opponent on Chess.com and Lichess, physically plays their move in front of you.

  • GoChess 1XR: moves one piece at a time
  • GoChess 4XR: four internal robots move up to four pieces simultaneously, for faster and more dynamic play
  • GoChess Wizard Alive: the robotic Harry Potter edition — it moves the pieces by itself

About the Wizard Edition

  • GoChess Wizard Alive is the robotic Harry Potter edition — the only Wizard model that moves the pieces by itself.

Not robotic: GoChess Wizard Lite, GoChess Lite Modern, GoChess Lite Classic and GoChess Mini (Mini Modern and Wizard Mini). They light up the moves on the board, and you move the pieces by hand, including your opponent's moves.
