What is GoChess and GoChess XR ?

GoChess is a smart chess board with coaching lights designed to enhance the chess-playing experience for both beginners and advanced players.

GoChess comes in four versions: GoChess Lite, GoChess Mini, GoChess XR (1XR / 4XR) and GoChess Wizard Alive (the Harry Potter branded GoChess).

Only the robotic models — GoChess Robotic (GoChess XR: 1XR / 4XR) and GoChess Wizard Alive — move the pieces by themselves. The other versions light up the moves on the board, and you move the pieces by hand.
