Will I receive a tracking number so I can track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (please check your spam folder too).
If your order hasn't arrived, the tracking hasn't moved, or it shows as delivered but you don't have it, contact us through our support form with your order number. There's no waiting period — we'll check it with the carrier and get back to you.
Kickstarter and Indiegogo backers: shipping dates are announced on the campaign pages, so please check there first.
