Will I have to pay customs duties, fees or taxes?

You may be responsible for duties, fees and taxes that apply in your region.

• For standard US orders shipped from our US warehouse, there are no customs duties.
• For items shipped using the International Shipping method, import duties or taxes may apply even for US destinations.
• For all other international destinations, VAT and duty may apply depending on your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Customs clearance: Some destinations require the recipient to complete customs clearance. Goods must be cleared within 3 days of arrival to avoid demurrage or storage fees. Shipments that are not cleared and are abandoned by the customer are non-refundable.
