What is your return window and how do I start a return?

This policy applies to products purchased directly from particula-tech.com.

Before returning any item, you must contact us through our support form with proof of purchase and receive an RMA (return authorisation) number. Please don't send anything back before you have it.

Return window: products may be returned within 30 calendar days from delivery.

Refunds:

• Unopened products: full refund of the product price.
• Opened products: must be working, undamaged and complete with all accessories, manuals and original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, so you receive 80% of the product price.
• Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving.

Return shipping: if you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the product arrived defective (DOA), we pay it and email you a prepaid return label.

You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. Returns are inspected on arrival and refunds are subject to any damage found.
