How do I reset my cube?
If you are coming across issues where some of the functionalities of the cube cannot be resolved by basic troubleshooting, you can perform a cube reset.
It's the same with the reset that you perform on your other electronic devices such as your phone or your computer.
Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then shake the cube. If that doesn't help, press and hold it again for 60–90 seconds.
