Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes, you can cancel your order.
Before your order ships: contact us through the support form with your order number. We'll cancel the order and refund you in full within 14 days. This also applies to pre-orders.
After your order has shipped:
- Contact us through the support form first. We'll send you an RMA (return authorisation) number. Please don't send anything back before you have it.
- Ship the product back to the warehouse for your region:
- US: Roadway, 7440 Fairbanks North Houston Rd, Houston, TX 77040, United States
- EU: GFL Warehouse GmbH, Bucher Weg 18, Halle 6, 16356 Ahrensfelde, Germany
- Once the return arrives, we issue your refund within 14 days.
Good to know:
- If you cancel because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping.
- If you opened the product, you can still return it within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, so you receive 80% of the product price.
- Original shipping charges and taxes aren't refunded.
- If your product arrived defective, we pay the return shipping and email you a prepaid label.
- Refunds always go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
