How much charging cycle does my cube have?

Your GoCube 2x2 have 300 charging cycles.

How much time does it take to fully charge my GoCube 2x2?

It takes between 1.5 hours to 2 hours to fully charge. A charge can last between 2 60 hours of continuous play depending on your settings.

Where do I find my Product Information Guide and/or Quick Start Guide?

When you open the box, pull down the left compartment (where it says “Thank You”), and you will find your Product Information Guide and Quick Start Guide, hiding in the slip.

Does it cost money to download the App?

No, it doesn’t cost any money to download the App.

Does it come pre-charged

It does come precharged but we highly suggest to give it a boost. Give it at least an hour charge.

Can I turn the cube off?

There is no way to turn off your cube, simply disconnect from the app

Can I connect my 2x2 to multiple devices?

Yes! You can connect your cube to multiple devices but you cannot use it on multiple devices simultaneously

How do I know if my 2x2 is charged?

You will find the battery level indicator on the upper top right corner of your app

Can I battle using my 2x2?

No. You cannot battle using your 2x2.

Is it safe to leave my cube charging for a long time?

Yes! There is no problem to leave your GoCube 2x2 charged for as long as you’d like
