Question 1

Why am I receiving the PledgeBox survey again?

Accepted Answer

Since the original surveys were sent in 2024, we're asking backers to verify their shipping information to avoid incorrect deliveries as we prepare the next major fulfillment phase. We'll be sending out new survey invitations in the coming days.

Question 2

I already completed my survey. Do I need to do it again?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Even if you've completed your survey previously, we'll be sending you a new invitation to review and reconfirm your shipping address by November 15, 2026. You won't be charged the same shipping fee again if you've already paid and your delivery country remains unchanged. Unless your destination requires prepayment of VAT or customs duties, you won't be charged anything additional.

Question 3

What if my shipping address hasn't changed?

Accepted Answer

You still need to open your survey and confirm that the existing address is correct once you receive the new invitation.

Question 4

How can I access my survey?

Accepted Answer

We'll be sending out PledgeBox survey invitations in the coming days. You'll receive an email with your personal survey link at the email address associated with your original Kickstarter or Indiegogo pledge. Once the invitations are sent, please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders. Look for the subject line:

Question 5

I can't find my survey. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Once we announce that the invitations have been sent, please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders. If you still can't find your survey email, contact support@particula-tech.com and provide your pledge email address and Kickstarter or Indiegogo contribution details.

Question 6

What happens if I don't confirm my address by November 15?

Accepted Answer

We strongly recommend confirming your details before the deadline to avoid possible fulfillment delays. The sooner you complete and confirm your survey, the sooner we can prepare your GoChess for delivery.

Question 7

Do I need to pay for shipping again?

Accepted Answer

No. If you've already paid your shipping fee, you won't need to pay it again for the same delivery arrangement. If you haven't paid for shipping yet, you'll need to settle the outstanding amount through your survey once you receive the invitation. Please note that some destinations require additional prepayment of VAT or customs duties.

Question 8

What if I change my shipping country?

Accepted Answer

Changing your delivery country may affect your shipping fee, even if you've already paid for shipping to your original destination. Please review any updated charges before confirming the new address.

Question 9

Which countries require additional VAT or customs duties?

Accepted Answer

The following destinations are subject to prepayment charges under our current shipping arrangements: Mexico — 15% duty + 16% VAT, Argentina — 10% duty + 21% VAT, Chile — 19% VAT, Brazil — approximately 77.3% in taxes on CIF value Actual payable amounts may depend on the applicable customs assessment and final shipping arrangements. For customers in Brazil: We understand that the applicable VAT and customs duties are quite high. If you don't have an alternative shipping address in another country, please contact us.

Question 10

Can I avoid these charges by changing my address?

Accepted Answer

If you have a valid alternative delivery address in an eligible country, you can choose that destination instead when you receive your survey. Keep in mind that changing your country may also change the shipping fee, and taxes or duties may still apply under that destination's rules.

Question 11

Which destinations are currently unavailable for shipping?

Accepted Answer

We currently cannot ship to: Zimbabwe, New Caledonia, Mauritius, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Réunion, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Guam, Dominican Republic

Question 12

What should I do if I live in one of these destinations?

Accepted Answer

If you have a valid address in a supported country, please update your shipping details once the survey is sent, no later than November 15. If you cannot provide an eligible delivery address, you're entitled to a full refund of your order. Please contact support@particula-tech.com to arrange it.

Question 13

I already received my GoChess Lite or Mini. Will I receive it again?

Accepted Answer

No. If you've already received part of your order, we'll only fulfill the remaining items. Please reconfirm your address for those outstanding items once you receive the new survey invitation.

Question 14

I'm a beta tester who ordered an XR4 board but received only one robot. What happens to the remaining robots?

Accepted Answer

If you received a unit as part of our beta testing program, your remaining three robots will be shipped separately. If you experienced any issues with your board or robots and our customer support team has already confirmed a replacement, rest assured that you'll receive what was promised. We won't resend the survey to beta testers, as your shipping addresses were collected relatively recently. However, if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@particula-tech.com.

Question 15

When will I receive my remaining rewards?

Accepted Answer

We're preparing for the upcoming fulfillment phase, with shipments to be processed in batches. We plan to begin the final-mile delivery process in the second half of November, once survey confirmations are completed and shipping addresses are locked. We'll share more details as the shipping schedule is confirmed.
