What are the return rights for European Union customers?

For customers located in the European Union, consumer protection laws grant a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

Withdrawal period: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us through our support form.

Condition of returned goods: You may open the product to inspect it as you would in a physical store. However, if the returned product shows use beyond normal inspection, is missing accessories/manuals/documentation/packaging, or is damaged, a deduction of up to 20% of the product price may be applied depending on condition after inspection.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective. Original shipping costs may be refunded where required by law.

Defective products: If the product arrives faulty/non-functional (after troubleshooting with support), return shipping is covered by the Company and a full refund or replacement is provided following inspection.
