I cannot pass the QA!

This step is done to check the dice's connection. You can always skip if you cannot get the required combination.

The die looses connection during play

Can be if the die has a low battery. If the die is out of range (or something interferes with the connection).

My die is not charging!

I cannot change my group icon

Make sure that the camera settings is allowing GoDice to access your camera and media.

The die looses connection when inside the RPG shell

If its low battery, you must take it out of the shell and charge it.

Why are my dice lighting up even if I'm not playing?

The flashing light signals that your dice are connected and recognized by the app :) You can always toggle the lights on and off by going to the Dice Management Menu.

My dice are not getting detected by the app!

Make sure they are charged. Make sure your location services are enabled (Android devices). Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Make sure the App has Location permission enabled. !TipsandTricks04.png
