Can I return an opened product, and is there a restocking fee?

Before returning any item, contact us through our support form to receive an RMA (return authorisation) number. Please don't send anything back before you have it.

Unopened products returned in their original packaging and unused condition are eligible for a full refund of the product price after inspection.

Opened products may be returned within 30 days from delivery, subject to:

• The product must be functional and not damaged
• All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included

Approved returns of opened products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, so you receive 80% of the product price.

Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving.

Products that are damaged, broken, or incomplete are not eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping, handling charges, and taxes paid (including state tax, customs duties, and VAT) are non-refundable.
