How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?

If the GoBalance isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery:

1. Contact Support first to receive an RMA (return authorisation) and return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you have an RMA.
2. Unopened products: full refund of the product price.
3. Opened products: must be working, undamaged and complete with all accessories, manuals and original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, so you receive 80% of the product price.
4. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving.

If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the product arrived defective (DOA), we pay the return shipping and email you a prepaid label, with no restocking fee.
