How do I charge my cube?

Your cube comes with a CR1225 Lithium Button Cell Battery. There is no need to charge.

How do I power my cube?

Your cube is powered by a CR1225 Lithium Button Cell Battery

"How do I compete with other people? "

You cannot compete with other cubers using your GoCubeX

"How do I know my cube is connected to the app? "

The only way you can verify your cube is connected is by playing with it. Once it moves on your screen, you know it is connected

How do I change my name/password in the App?

You should go to “Edit Account” Change User Password”, there you can change your name and hit “Update”.

How do I know if my GoCube-X's battery still has power?

You can check your battery life on the upper right side in the app.

How do I connect my GoCube-X to the App?

Once you log in to your app, it will show your GoCUbe 2x2 on the pairing list. Tap on the cube to connect to it. Make sure that your Bluetooth is on and your cube has a functioning battery.
