Yes, the GoChess board's battery is replaceable. On the back of the board, there is a designated compartment for the battery, allowing for easy self-replacement. Here's how you can replace the battery:

1. Unscrew to open the battery door located on the back of the board.

4. Charge the new battery for approximately 2 hours.
