Place the board on a dry, non-slippery floor in a well-lit obstacle-free environment. If possible, we recommend placing the balance board in the corner of a room next to 2 walls which can add extra support as needed.
In addition, another chair or table in front of you for added support. Step onto your GoBalance one foot at a time, holding a stable object for support. Always wear shoes or be barefoot when using your GoBalance , never use it while only wearing socks.
